  • What do you mean by “offered over other portals” mean? - It means that the itinerary you found is actually live on a Major OTA Competitor’s site and available to be booked by the general public at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.
  • What do you mean by a “Major OTA Competitor”? - For purposes of the GWBPG, it means the U.S. English-language websites of Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline.com and Travelocity.com converted price in Your Currency.
  • How do I notify you that I want to invoke the GWBPG? - To invoke the GWBPG, all you need to do is contact us at Challenge@globalduniya.com with your Globalduniya booking number and all of the key details of the lower priced itinerary (airline(s), flight(s), itinerary, date(s), number of customers and seat type), along with documentation such as the exact URL or screen shots that will enable our customer service representatives to verify that such itinerary satisfies the terms and conditions of the GWBPG. Customer service must be able to locate the lower fare from the information you provide; we reserve the right to deny any claims that cannot be reasonably verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information. Once our representative has verified that the GWBPG applies, you will be given the choice to either keep your itinerary with a refund of the difference in total price in the form of GCash or cancel your booking with us for a full refund in the form of GCash.
  • What exceptions are there, that apply to the GWBPG? - The GWBPG does not apply to fares offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, or consolidator fares; or fares available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. Military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, vacation package or "Web Only" fares are excluded. The GWBPW does not apply to “opaque” tickets (where the airline booking details are unknown until after purchase) or tickets issued under a “bidding” or “auction” model. Fare errors are also excluded.

Terms and Conditions applicable over GWBPG

  • The guarantee is valid only for published retail fares for exactly the same flight(s), travel date(s), and travel itinerary for the same number of passenger(s).
  • Fares must be in exactly the same cabin(s)/class (First, Business, and Economy) and carry exactly the same fare rules and restrictions.
  • If anyone founds a price lower than the price offered by us on applicability of all the terms and conditions as mentioned and described in details, he/she can claim such refund only after purchase or bookings of same ticket/services from Globalduniya.com.
  • This offer is valid only for bookings made online on http://globalduniya.com or on our toll free number. For any other bookings through any of our agents shall not be applicable for GWBPG.
  • To invoke the GWBPG, all you need to do is be ready with the booking details of your travel plan with Globalduniya and all of the key details of the lower priced itinerary (airline(s), flight(s), itinerary, date(s), number of customers and seat type), along with documentation such as the exact URL or screen shots and call a Globalduniya travel consultant on Toll Free_____________ number and provide the printed confirmation of the airfare quote for verification. Mere e-mail requests cannot be accepted unless following a phone enquiry.
  • Globalduniya will verify the quote for availability and booking conditions. If your claim is found to be genuine as per GWBPG, we will refund the difference or adjust the amount against the ticket price.
  • All the refunds made under the scheme of GWBPG shall be in the form of Gcash to be credited in your e-wallet of Globalduniya with lifetime validity to be used for any further bookings with Globalduniya.
  • The refund will be processed within 24 hours and the amount will credited within 7 business days in your GCash account as promotional GCash with lifetime validity from the date of explicit acknowledgement of the price disparity by Globalduniya.com.
  • Globalduniya reserves all the rights to modify, amend, cancel the scheme upon due notification and by removing the same from our official website.
