Package Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive at Leh -  Arrival Leh in the morning and transfer to the hotel. The full day of rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft / 3500 meters). Overnight in hotel.

Day 2: Leh Sightseeing:  After breakfast visit Shey Palace, Sindhu Ghats & Thiksey Monastery.  Post lunch proceed for sightseeing of Hall of Fame (museum of Military heritage & local culture), Kali Mata (Temple of Guardians in Spituk monastery), Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Point and Sangam (confluence of Indus & Zanskar rivers).  Overnight in hotel.

Day 3: Leh –Pangong Lake –Leh :     

Early departure for Pangong Lake (approx. 150 km), via Chang-la pass (alt: 17370 ft./ 5486 meters)-3rd highest motorable pass in the world. Pangong Lake (alt: 14,500 ft.)  is 4-5 km wide and about 140 km long, of which about two-thirds lies on the other side of the Indo-China border. After sightseeing around the lake, drive back to Leh, reaching in the evening. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Leh – Nubra valley :

After breakfast leaves for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-la (alt: 18,380 ft), world’s highest motorable road. After descending from the pass, drive on to Hunter / Deskit (headquarters of Nubra Valley) and check in at a fixed camp or hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the area at your own pace. Overnight in fixed camp at Hunter or hotel at Deskit

Day 5: Nubra Valley –Leh:

In the morning explore Deskit , Hundar and the Sand Dunes where you can enjoy a short camel safari using the double-humped Bactrian camel found here (optional). Thereafter return to Leh to reach in the late afternoon, enroute visiting the dramatically located 15th-century Deskit monastery. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Departure Leh.

Early morning transfer to the airport for taking the flight back home.

Day 4: Uleytoko-Leh.

After breakfast drive towards Leh, enroute visiting the 11th century Alchi Choskor, oldest surviving monastic heritage of Ladakh- a UNESCO listed heritage site. Thereafter, visit Sangam (confluence of Indus & Zanskar Rivers), Magnetic Point, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Kali Mata (Temple of Guardians in Spituk monastery) & Hall of Fame. Overnight in hotel.

Day 5:Leh-Nubra Valley:

Day 7 Pangong Lake – Leh (140 KMs/ 4-5 Hrs)

Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on the lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh, enroute visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Dinner & overnight in Leh at Hotel.
