Canadian history at every stop — deeply enriching

Ottawa's Parliament Hill, the Byward Market, the Canadian War Museum — our guide in Ottawa was passionate about Canadian history and it showed. Hotel Lord Elgin was a lovely period property with Parliament views. This itinerary would suit any guest who wants cultural depth alongside the icons.

Response from Globalduniya

Ottawa is often the surprise of the Eastern Canada circuit — guests come for the Parliament building and stay for the history. Lord Elgin with Parliament views is a combination we love. Thank you, Ronald and Karen.

Niagara Falls ne dil bhar diya — once in a lifetime sight

Niagara Falls ke paas jaake khade hone par jo roar aur mist aata hai, photos mein kabhi capture nahi hota. Humara guide bahut knowledgeable tha aur Maid of the Mist boat tour amazing tha. Fairmont Royal York Toronto mein stay karna ek alag hi luxury experience tha.

Response from Globalduniya

Manish and Sujata, the Niagara mist and sound in person is always a revelation for first-time visitors. The Maid of the Mist is essential. Fairmont Royal York is one of Canada's great historic hotels. Thank you.

Canada East trip — Montreal ka Old Port aur Quebec ka Château ekdum lajawaab

Hum India se direct Toronto gaye aur phir East Canada circuit kiya. Montreal ka food scene aur Quebec ka European charm dono ne hume completely surprise kiya. Humne kabhi expect nahi kiya tha ki Canada mein itna French culture milega. Guide ka French-English translation bahut helpful tha.

Response from Globalduniya

Neha and Vikrant, Quebec City's French culture always comes as a delightful surprise for first-time Eastern Canada visitors. The guide's language support across both cultures is something we specifically arrange. Thank you.

Montreal's food scene — three nights was not enough

We could have spent a week in Montreal just eating. Our guide took us to places that were not on any tourist list — a little Portuguese bakery in the Plateau, a pho restaurant in the Vietnamese quarter, a fromagerie in the Atwater Market. The cultural food tour was unofficial but the best part of the day.

Response from Globalduniya

Montreal's unofficial food discoveries are what our experienced local guides do best — the tourist list is the starting point, not the destination. Three nights in Montreal is never enough; you are completely right. Thank you, Michael and Judy.

Old Quebec City cobblestones — Canada's Europe moment

Quebec City surprised us more than anywhere else on the Eastern Canada circuit. The Château Frontenac, the Plains of Abraham, the old city walls, Rue Saint-Louis at dusk — it genuinely felt like arriving in Europe. Fairmont Château Frontenac is an essential part of the experience.

Response from Globalduniya

Quebec City's European character always surprises even Canadian guests — it is genuinely unlike anywhere else in North America. Château Frontenac is the right place to experience the city from. Thank you, James and Elaine.

Eastern Canada Icons — literally every icon was iconic

Niagara, Toronto skyline, Montreal's basilica aur Quebec city walls — sab ke sab actual icons hain. Guide ne har jagah ka history itne interesting tarike se bataya ki kabhi bored nahi hue. Hotel PUR Quebec City mein ruka jo bahut acha tha. Booking process bhi easy thi.

Response from Globalduniya

Shreya and Aditya, that enthusiastic sign-off — "literally every icon was iconic" — tells us everything we need to know. Hotel PUR in the old city is a great choice. Thank you for this energy.

Questions about this package

Québec City's Old Town is predominantly French-speaking, but tourist-facing businesses universally accommodate English. Our guides are bilingual (French/English) and all hotel and restaurant staff we work with are English-fluent. A 'merci' and 'bonjour' go a long way — we brief all guests before arrival.

Yes. The Hornblower Niagara boat cruise (or its Journey Behind the Falls alternative) is included for all guests. Reusable ponchos are provided onboard — the spray is real and spectacular. The visit is timed for late afternoon when the falls are frontally lit.

Peak fall colour in the Montréal–Québec City corridor runs the last week of September to the second week of October. The Laurentian Mountains north of Montréal turn crimson and gold. We have dedicated autumn departures timed to peak colour — ask us for the exact departure dates.
