What is a group departure and how is it different from a private tour?
A group departure (also called seat-in-coach or SIC) is a fixed-date tour with a small group of typically 8–14 travellers. Costs are shared, making it more affordable. Private tours are exclusive to your group, depart on any date you choose, and are fully customised.
How far in advance should I book a group departure?
We recommend booking at least 45–60 days before departure, especially during peak season (October–March for India). A small refundable deposit secures your seat while you finalise your travel documents.
