About Globalduniya
15 years operating India — managed from North America
Globalduniya was founded by a team who had worked in India tourism for over a decade and recognised a persistent gap: India tour operators based entirely in India with no legal presence or accountability in the markets — UK, US, Canada, Europe — where their clients actually lived. Disputes, cancellations, quality failures were all handled at arms' length by an entity the client had no legal recourse against.
We built a different structure. Globalduniya holds an IATA licence in both Canada (#61597045) and India (#14326885), is registered as a consumer-protection travel agent in British Columbia (BC #73581), operates a US legal entity (GDTRAVEL USA LLC), and holds full TAFI and ACTA membership. Clients booking from the UK, US, Canada or Europe are booking with an entity that has real accountability obligations — not just a well-designed website that routes to an India operation.
On the ground in India, we have operated private tours since 2009. Our guide network covers every major destination — Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Rajasthan, Kerala, Varanasi, Rishikesh, Amritsar, Central India wildlife reserves, and Northeast India. Every guide in our network has a minimum of eight years on their route and passes a direct quality assessment from our India operations team.

Do you handle visa applications for India?
India operates a straightforward e-Visa system for UK, US, Canadian, Australian and most European passport holders — available online at indianvisaonline.gov.in. Most nationalities receive approval within 72 hours. We provide full guidance and a visa application checklist as part of your booking pack.
What time of year is best to visit India?
October to March is the classic season for northern and central India (Golden Triangle, Rajasthan, Delhi, Varanasi) — cool, dry and clear. Kerala is excellent year-round but best October to February for backwaters. Wildlife parks are best November to May when animals congregate around water sources. We provide region-specific timing advice with every itinerary.
How does payment and cancellation work?
We take a 20% deposit to confirm booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure. Our cancellation policy allows a full refund minus the deposit up to 60 days out; partial refunds apply between 60 and 30 days. Full terms are provided with every quote.
