There is no practical way in other than flying, so book flights early for peak season, when fares climb and seats sell out. Port Blair itself needs only a night or so; the beaches are further out.

Ferries to Havelock and Neil run to a schedule with limited daily departures. Time your arriving flight so you can comfortably make an onward ferry the same day or the next morning — a late-afternoon landing may mean an extra night in Port Blair.
