Flight Booking

For Flights within India: Yes, for domestic flights within India, below are the applicable government issued photo-ids accepted by the airlines –

  • Voter ID
  • Aadhar Card
  • Driving License
  • Pan Card
  • Passport

For International Flights: It is mandatory to carry the passport as a valid document.

Yes, you can book travel for infants under two years of age on Globalduniya. Make sure they have valid proof–of–age documents when they’re checking in, and remember that infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult (hey, you try dealing with luggage, tickets, airport queues and two screaming babies by yourself). To avail infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. This includes both outbound and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you need to make a separate booking using a child fare.

A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travellers, you deserve a special fare. Select passenger 10 max and pop-up window will become up, fill the information and our special group fare consultant will be in touch with you and you will get the seats.

Short answer – it depends. Long answer – the cancellation charges depend on the airline, sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation. To know what’s applicable in your case, check the fare rules mentioned on the booking page when you’re making your reservation (in case you missed it then, you can always go back to your Globalduniya Account and check out your trips pages). Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the airline, Globalduniya charges a cancellation fee of Rs 550 per passenger per sector. If Cancellation is done through the customer support executives assistance, we will levy Rs. 550 per passenger per flight.

No, you don’t. If you really want to, though, you can by writing to our Customer Support Team at or by contacting the airline directly. Some airlines allow passengers to do web-check-in in 24 hours/48 hours before the departure time.

Some fare allows pre-sections. Some don’t allow. Some airlines will confirm your seat assignments – their rules for doing so vary – so call your airline directly to check whether you get to choose your seat.

You need to show your e–ticket confirmation email and your e–ticket number at the check–in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.

Yes, you do. Some airports don’t allow you inside without a printout of your e–ticket, so be sure to carry one with you. If you’ve forgotten your e–ticket printout but can get to a computer, use our handy Globalduniya Ticket service ( print yourself a copy.

You can call us to check if the airline you’ve booked entertains change–of–name requests. Most of them do, and we can pass on your request. However, if the airline doesn’t allow it, you’ll have to cancel and re–book the ticket. Our advice is double check the name on the passport or national ID in case of domestic travel. Enter your Trip ID and the last name of any of the passengers and you’ll be able to see your e–ticket. Print it or email it.

We usually process the refund within 2 weeks of cancellation. However, it may take slightly longer to reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank. We’ve noticed that it takes about 14 working days for most refunds to hit their respective accounts.

We strongly recommend that you let us know immediately after cancelling directly with the airline. Depending on your bank, the refund generally takes 4 to 15 days (from the day we find out about the cancellation) to get processed. In cases such as no–show or flight cancellation, the refund process can take more than three weeks too.

You can check the status of your refund in 'My Account' section of and select the booking in question and click on "manage booking" to get to the "Refund Details" section.

No, but sometime you may buy tickets/vacation on instalment payment.

You can make your booking using any of the following payment options -

  3. Maestro Card EMI (CITI Bank)
  4. American Express Card
  5. Net Banking (Domestic / International)

Globalduniya is a VeriSign certified site and all data transmitted over the browser is encrypted.

This means the rates are for one person, when the accommodation is on twin-sharing, i.e., two people are sharing the room. Single occupancy has different rate

If you don’t receive an email after making a reservation, it could be that we have the wrong email address on file or your Internet Service Provider blocked the email thinking it was spam (junk mail? from us? perish the thought). Check your spam folder, just in case, and add our email address –– to your address book so that it doesn’t get filtered out next time. Be sure to include the following information:

  2. The hotel name and location (city)
  3. The check–in/check–out dates

The time it takes for a hotel to get your booking information varies by specific hotel and arrival date. In most cases the hotel should receive the reservation information within 12 hours of the time you made your booking (except for nights and weekends when the hotel’s reservation department is closed). Please note that this doesn’t apply to bookings made for the same day. Domestic flights: You can either login to your Globalduniya account and change flight reservation on your own or you can call us 24x7. 

Typically, the hotel check–in time is after 2:00 pm (local hotel time). Check with your specific hotel for its exact check–in time.

Since your reservation is guaranteed with a credit card, the hotel is obliged to hold your room until 7 am, the day after your planned arrival date.

If you know you’re going to arrive early at your hotel, contact our Customer Support Team. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but it’s ultimately subject to room availability when you arrive at the hotel. Although special requests are not guaranteed but we will try our best (Can’t understand what is write on paper)

A valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. Accommodation can be denied if

  1. Guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check–in.

We connect real time to the Railways reservation system to fetch the latest availability data. To provide you a faster search experience, we cache the trains, routes and fare data however we make sure that we fetch the latest fares every time you book the ticket.

On the search results page, click on the train of your choice to see the stations the train passes through and the times at which it arrives and departs.

Seats sell fast. And you need to know what the seat availability for your train ride is. Clicking on the “check availability” link allows you to get the latest seat availability position at that point in time.

Yes. You will need to pay extra if you book Tatkal tickets. Moreover, the senior citizen discount is not applicable for Tatkal tickets. For more information on Tatkal charges, go through theTatkal rules

There are two simple ways to submit your review, via mobile or web

  1. On mobile, it’s simple, open the superfast Globalduniya app, select the Hotel booking. Click on "write a review" to rate the various features of the Hotel in Question.
  2. Select the Hotel booking, click on "Manage Booking" and then click on "write a review" button.

Your invaluable review can have the following points. A title that encompasses your experience, a detailed review of the hotel, service and facilities, some tips to fellow travellers. Rating points on a scale of 1 to 5 for Value for money, staff service quality, food and beverages at the hotel restaurant, cleanliness, location and amenities. A small list of people you could recommend this hotel to and a review of Globalduniya means you are done.

Customers who have booked a hotel through Globalduniya can only share their experiences regarding their stay via "write a review" for that booking.

Open any hotel details page on the Globalduniya App and or web page and scroll to the bottom, a wealth of information awaits you.

We let the hotels reply to your review on our community platform. Since you have stayed at the hotel, they may have your contact details and can chose to get in touch with you to get more information. However we do not publish contact details.
