About this journey

Ten days tracing the sacred arc of North India's great pilgrimage traditions — from Krishna's Braj at Mathura and Vrindavan, through Ram's Ayodhya and the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir, across to the Triveni Sangam at Prayagraj, and finally into the ancient sacred city of Varanasi (Kashi) on the Ganges. This is a genuinely distinct programme from the Golden Triangle and from NRI homecoming tours. The intent is Braj devotional tradition, Ram pilgrimage, Sangam, and Shiva's Kashi — four chapters of North Indian sacred life experienced in private, with specialist interpretation at each stage. Mathura and Vrindavan are the heartland of Krishna devotion — Shri Krishna Janma Bhoomi, Banke Bihari Temple, ISKCON Krishna-Balaram Temple, the Yamuna at Vishram Ghat. Ayodhya includes the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir under the Trust's current public visitor system, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, and the Saryu riverfront Aarti where operating schedules permit. At Prayagraj, a private boat to the Triveni Sangam — the revered confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the traditional Saraswati. In Varanasi: pre-dawn sunrise on the Ganges, Kashi Vishwanath Temple, old-city walking with a cultural guide, and Sarnath for those with an interest in Buddhism's origins in this region. Privately arranged throughout. Premium accommodation in Delhi and Varanasi; best available in the pilgrimage towns.

Day-by-day itinerary

Private airport meet and transfer to your Delhi luxury hotel. The first evening is a deliberate orientation rather than sightseeing: your guide introduces the geography and sacred logic of the journey ahead — Krishna's Braj, Ram's Ayodhya, the Sangam at Prayagraj, and Shiva's Kashi — so each destination is understood in sequence, not in isolation.

Private drive to Mathura. Visit Shri Krishna Janma Bhoomi under current public-access rules. Continue to Dwarkadhish Temple and the Yamuna at Vishram Ghat. Drive to Vrindavan. Overnight: luxury or premium property in Vrindavan or Mathura.

Visit selected Braj sacred sites — Banke Bihari Temple, ISKCON Krishna-Balaram Temple, and other Vrindavan places of devotion according to your interests and current temple operating conditions. A long structured midday rest is built into the day: temple timings and crowd patterns make this far more comfortable than continuous movement. Evening at Prem Mandir or quieter evening ghats as conditions permit.

Private overland transfer with a proper rest and lunch stop. The drive is long; it is not compressed. Arrival in Ayodhya and relaxed evening. No temple rush after the road journey. Overnight: premium Ayodhya hotel.

Early visit to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir under the Trust's current visitor system. Globalduniya coordinates timing and assists with the logistics of the visit; we do not offer VIP access or guaranteed darshan slots — the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust states that darshan passes are free and managed through its official process. Visit Hanuman Garhi, followed by Kanak Bhawan and selected Ramayana-associated sites. Toward evening, time at Ram Ki Paidi and the Saryu riverfront; Aarti where operating schedules permit.

Private drive to Prayagraj. Afternoon private boat to the Triveni Sangam — the revered confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the traditional Saraswati — weather and river conditions permitting. Your guide provides the sacred, historical, and cultural context for one of India's most significant pilgrimage points. Visit Bade/Lete Hanuman Ji Temple where practical. Overnight: best available premium hotel.

Unhurried morning departure to Varanasi. Check into a premium riverfront, palace-style, or luxury hotel. Toward dusk, Ganga Aarti by privately arranged boat — river and government operating conditions permitting. Your guide provides historical and ritual context for the ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat. No special access arrangements are made; this is a public sacred ceremony viewed from the river.

Pre-dawn departure for a private sunrise boat experience on the Ganges. Walk selected old-city lanes (galis) with your specialist cultural and spiritual guide. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple under the current public visitor process. Long midday rest — essential in Varanasi's intense environment. Optional quieter evening return to the ghats.

Visit Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple and selected sacred places according to current rules and your interests. Include Sarnath for those with an interest in the wider sacred geography: Varanasi is significant not only to Hindu traditions, and the area around Sarnath is central to Buddhist sacred history — the site where the Buddha gave his first teaching. Close the day with a private conversation with your guide: Krishna/Bhakti → Ram → Sangam → Shiva/Kashi.

Private airport transfer. International or onward domestic departure.

Practical tips from your guide

  • 💡The Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir visitor process is managed by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. Globalduniya can advise on current procedures and assist with timing, but does not guarantee specific darshan slots or queue times.
  • 💡Varanasi's old city lanes are too narrow for vehicles — your guide walks the final stretch to the ghats with you. Wear practical footwear.
  • 💡Ganga Aarti boat arrangements at Varanasi are subject to river levels, government operating conditions, and season. Early confirmation is important.
  • 💡Vrindavan temple timings follow devotional schedules — early morning and late afternoon are the most atmospheric and operationally important. The midday rest is structurally necessary.
  • 💡Prayagraj's Triveni Sangam boat experience is subject to river conditions and weather. Your guide will confirm the most appropriate access point on the day.

Best time to visit: October to March, Avoid Kumbh Mela periods unless that is your specific intent — crowds and logistics become very different at scale.

October to March is the most comfortable window across all six destinations. Varanasi in winter mornings is atmospheric. Mathura and Vrindavan are especially alive during Holi (March) and Janmashtami (August), but both festivals bring significant crowds.
