About this journey

This nine-day private tour follows the legendary Icefields Parkway through the heart of the Canadian Rockies, connecting Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise, the Columbia Icefield and Jasper before concluding in Vancouver. Begin in Calgary with a city orientation before entering Banff National Park — a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Two nights in Banff allow exploration of Banff Avenue, Sulphur Mountain gondola, Lake Minnewanka and Johnston Canyon. The tour continues to the turquoise perfection of Lake Louise before driving the Icefields Parkway — widely regarded as one of the world's great scenic drives — to the Columbia Icefield Skywalk and Athabasca Glacier. Jasper National Park provides two nights of wildlife spotting, hiking and Maligne Lake boat cruises. A Jasper to Vancouver rail segment or flight concludes the journey.
