Practical tips from your guide

  • 💡Mount Titlis gondola: arrive at Engelberg station by 8:30 am — the cable car is uncrowded before 10 am
  • 💡Venice water taxi (not vaporetto) for the first arrival is worth the €80 — the entrance by Grand Canal is the city's best introduction
  • 💡Rome's Borghese Gallery allows only 2-hour timed visits — book 2 months in advance; it is the best art experience in Italy
  • 💡Paris Seine cruise at night (Bateaux Mouches): run by multiple operators — book the one with dinner for an extra €40 for the best experience
  • 💡Switzerland ski pass in winter is separate from this package — enquire about the 7-day Swiss Travel Pass add-on

Venice mein gondola aur Grand Canal — filmy romance sach mein milti hai

Venice pe baar baar suna tha ki bahut romantic hai. Actually wahan gaye toh realize hua ki reputation sach hai — shayad understatement hai. Grand Canal pe gondola mein baithe hue, raat ki lights mein, bahut kuch feel hua. Paris ke baad Venice — do romantic capitals ek trip mein!

About Europe

Region: Western Europe, Europe.

Best time to visit: April, May, June, July, August, September.

April to June and September to October for the classic Switzerland–Paris–Italy circuit. July–August is hot in Venice and Rome (40°C); December to February adds Swiss snow magic but some mountain routes close.

Questions about this package

Yes. Mount Titlis (3,238m, accessed by rotating gondola) is included. The summit glacier has permanent snow year-round — you can stand on ice in any month. The Glacier Cave and the Cliff Walk (suspension bridge at 3,041m) are included. Summit temperature averages -5°C in summer and -15°C in winter — dress warmly regardless of valley temperature.

Standard allocation: France 3 nights (Paris), Switzerland 2 nights (Lucerne), Italy 4 nights (Venice 1 night, Rome 3 nights). Florence is typically a day trip from Rome (1.5 hours by Frecciarossa). Adjustments to the city split are available — guests who prefer more Italy or more France can request rebalancing.

Yes. Vatican Museums (including the Sistine Chapel) timed entry is included with a licensed guide. We book the first entry slot at 9 am. The guide is positioned at the Sistine Chapel ceiling rather than in the noisy corridor — this is a deliberate choice to allow proper viewing time. Castel Sant'Angelo is an optional add-on (not included in standard package).
