Yes. The Kashmir Valley (Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam) has been welcoming tourists continuously since 2019 and tourism numbers have increased significantly. Our team is based in Srinagar and operates daily. All our vehicles, houseboats, and hotels are on our direct network — we would not operate if safety were a concern.

Srinagar accommodation is on a premium houseboat on Dal Lake — a 2-bedroom, fully furnished floating residence with an open sun deck, private dining room, and butler service. The houseboat stays on a calm moorage; it does not drift. On-land hotel alternatives are available on request.

Phase 1 (Gulmarg town to Kongdori at 3,050m) is open year-round for trekking and sightseeing. Phase 2 (Kongdori to Apharwat Peak at 3,980m) is open April to November for sightseeing and December to March for skiing. We check access on the morning of your visit as weather can close Phase 2 on short notice.
